Abstract: Microphone arrays are able to recognize, profile andlocate sound-sources in noisy environments, but their quality isdetermined by the number of microphones. A higher number ofmicrophones increases the computational demand, making realtimeresponse challenging. In this demo, we present a scalable andruntime reconfigurable architecture able to support a variablenumber of microphones and orientations in order to provideaccurate sound-source localization in real-time.
